A Visit to Muir Woods

We find God in the Sanctuary while lifting our voices in prayer.  We also can feel God's presence in nature, when we are struck by the beauty and awe of our world.  The redwoods of California grow hundreds of feet in the air over centuries.  Their roots allow them to overcome fire and drought.  I was inspired by a walk through Muir Woods near San Francisco on Sunday.
